PICK&PLACE handling is a system that moves in 2 or 3 axes (x-axis, y-axis and z-axis). The system is used to transfer or place supply parts in holders. For this frictional and/or positive connection gripping technologies are used.

Function sequence:

At the end of the sorting rail the sorting parts are made available individually. Using the gripper on this system the parts are picked up or gripped. Finally these are moved and placed vertically upward and to transfer position with PICK&PLACE handling.

Variants:

Our PICK&PLACE handling system can be used in 2 or 3 axis pneumatic and/or servo axes designs. The individual lifting/travel paths are designed according to customer requirement. This system can be designed both as a stand and as portal handling. The grippers comply with the customer requirements and are also heavily dependent upon easy to handle components.
