Several processing machines, which are responsible for individual working processes, are linked together using a friction roller conveyor. Using this system heavy weights and loads can be transported with no problem.

Function sequence:

The components are carefully made available on workpiece carriers via the friction roller conveyor at specific transfer places. Through an installation of rotary stations a targeted distribution of conveyed parts on adjacent belts is possible. After completion of the work processes the component is moved to the next station via our friction roller conveyor.

Variants:

The standard design of the surfaces of the friction rollers is steel. These are intended for use of workpiece carriers For transport without the use of workpiece carriers the friction rollers are coated with plastic. This coating is used to avoid damage of the workpiece surface.

Option:

An integration of test and control places in the system enables an ergonomically adapted working method for employees using the ability to pivot horizontally and vertically.
