Our part separation can, for example, be connected on a blow-out unit, a charging plate, PICK&PLACE handling or also robot handling. They ensure that the feed parts previously placed in the correct position are provided so that they can be further processed.

Function sequence:

The oriented parts come from the sorting rail into the separation. This is explicitly designed for the respective feed parts. Depending on the task, the parts are separated there at right angles, , lengthwise or arbitrary.

The part separation is available in single and multiple design.

An actuation can be done pneumatically or electrically with servo axle.
