1. Application
This flexible feed system provides the material to be sorted in a palette for the system. The A-series step sorter dispenses the parts to be sorted onto the sorting rail, where they are roughly sorted. At the end of the sorting segment, the different parts are recognised with a camera and passed into a processing system by a robot.

2. Application
Here, the parts to be sorted are brought up from the B-series loose parts hopper into a single row for separation, then lengthwise and radial orientation, for transfer.

3. Application
To expand the hopper volume, the parts to be sorted are transported by bunker belt to the B-series step sorter. On the sorting rail, they are provided in the correct orientation in two rows.

4. Application
The parts to be sorted are brought by the bunker belt onto the B-series step sorter, which conveys them to the sorting rail. At the end of the sorting rail the sorting parts are separated into a single row, then provided in the correct radial and lengthwise orientation.

5. Application
The parts to be sorted are manually poured onto the bunker belt. The B-series step sorter separates the parts and carries them upwards to be placed on a table (or a conveyor belt, etc.).

6. Application
In this case various armature parts are brought via a bunker conveyor and an A-series "step conveyor" on a sorting rail. Without difficult sorting trickery, the parts are brought to the end of the sorting rail, where the different orientations are detected by the camera and gripped by a robot to transfer them in the correct orientation. Instead of the armature parts, tong halves or other heavy parts can also be supplied.

7. Application
On our smallest step conveyor, the C-series, in this case gears with a diameter of 10 mm are sorted and transferred individually into holders at the end of the sorting rail.

8. Application
Here, cylinder springs are brought by a bunker conveyor and dispensed onto a pusher unit. This carries the springs onto a sorting rail, at the end of which they are separated. On the turntable that follows, the parts are subjected to a force test before being placed onto a transfer line.
